摘要	摘要：旨在分析脑卒中康复期患者心理弹性与创伤后应激障碍相关性。方法选取我院神经内科于2016年1月至2017年4月期间收治124例康复期脑卒中患者作为观察对象。分别使用一般情况自制调查问卷、心理弹性量表和创伤后应激障碍问卷调查患者一般情况、家庭情感支持和创伤后应激障碍。结果康复期脑卒中患者心理弹性量总分（61.19±8.62）分，创伤后应激障碍总分（40.54±10.81）分。患者心理弹性与创伤后应激障碍呈现显著负相关性（P<0.01）。结论应增强脑卒中康复期患者乐观、自强和坚韧的心理品质，预防创伤后应激障碍发生。
Abstract	Abstract: Objective To analyze the correlation between resilience and post traumatic stress disorder in rehabilitation stage of stroke patients. Methods 124 patients with convalescent stroke were selected as observation objects in neurology department of our hospitalf rom January 2016 to April 2017.The general situation, resilience and Post traumatic stress disorder of the patients were investigated by general questionnaire, Resilience Scale and Post traumatic stress disorder questionnaire. Results The total scores of resilience in convalescent stroke patients were (61.19±8.62) points,the total score of post traumatic stress disorder were（40.54±10.81）. The patients’resilience and post traumatic stress disorder had a negative correlation (P<0.01). Conclusion We should strengthen the psychological quality of the optimistic, self strengthening and tough patients in stroke rehabilitation stage, so as to prevent the occurrence of post-traumatic stress disorder.
