Abstract：objective Study on the effect of continuous nursing on psychological elasticity in patients with chronic epididymitis.Method A total of 80 cases of chronic epididymitis patients as the research object, randomly divided into observation group and control group, two groups of 40 cases,The observation group received systematic follow-up nursing based on telephone follow-up and WeChat platform, and the control group received routine telephone follow-up,Between the two groups before and after the nursing care after the January and March Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and Barthal index change.Result There was no significant difference between the two groups in the pre HAMD score and CD-RISC score (P > 0.05),In the observation group, the HAMD scores in January and March were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05),The CD-RISC score of the observation group in March was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05),The BI index of the observation group in March was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Continuing nursing care can improve the psychological elasticity in patients with chronic epididymitis, improve the ability of daily life and relieve depression, with a high clinical value.
