Methods 100 patients with mental disorder caused by TBI in our hospital from January 2016 to April 2017 were selected, and they were divided into two groups by random number table. Control group (n=50) was given routine therapy and nursing, while observation group (n=50) was given music therapy combined with nursing intervention based on control group. After four-week intervention, the living quality, mental status, cognitive function were compared between the two groups. Results The daily living, support, exercise, health, overall situation and total points in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05); The scores of MMSE and MOCA in observation group [(21.42±2.90) points, (22.15±3.09) points] and control group [(18.25±2.65) points, (19.63±2.89) points] had statistical difference (P<0.05); The scores of irritability, psychotic manifestation, depression, hysteresis in observation group [(9.62±1.86)points, (15.59±1.96)points, (13.07±2.09)points, (9.52±1.66)points] and control group [(14.77±2.06)points, (19.42±2.29)points, (17.33±2.18)points, (12.85±1.79)points] had statistical difference (P<0.05).
