[Abstract] Objective To investigate the CT blood perfusion level in the cerebral cortex of patients with different degrees of Alzheimers disease (AD) and its correlation with mental behavior. Methods 89 cases of AD patients in our hospital were selected, patients were divided into the mild AD group(39 cases), the moderate AD group(32 cases), the severe AD group(18 cases) via the CDR scale. And 30 cases of healthy people were set as the control group. The correlation between TTP of different AD degree and NPI score was analyzed. Results Blood perfusion parameters TTP of different AD degrees with different interest region had significant difference with that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the TTP of the moderate and severe AD patients was significantly longer than that of the control group (P < 0.05). There were significant differences in NPI scores between patients with different degrees of AD. (P < 0.05). There was a negative correlation among mild, moderate and severe AD patients and CT cerebral blood flow parameters TTP and NPI score (P < 0.05). Conclusions Cerebral cortex ischemic changes of patients with Alzheimers disease may be the causes of mental behavior, and mental behavior damage increases with the progression of the disease.
