[Abstract] Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of butylphthalide combined with Ginkgo biloba extract in the treatment of Parkinsons disease with depression and sleep disorders. METHODS: A total of 118 patients with Parkinsons disease with depression and sleep disorders were randomly divided into observation group and control group (n = 59). The control group was treated with Ginkgo biloba capsule (UPDRS) II, UPDRS III, Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), Parkinsons Disease Sleep Scale (PDSS) were evaluated on the basis of the control group and the control group The efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment. Results: There was no significant difference in UPDRS II and III scores between the two groups before and after treatment (P> 0.05). At the 8th week of treatment, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05). Before treatment, HAMD (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05) 4 weeks, 8 weeks after treatment, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Butylphthalide combined with Ginkgo biloba capsule in the treatment of Parkinsons disease with depression, sleep disorders in patients with exact effect, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, it is worth to promote and apply in clinical practice.
