Objective:thyroid cancer surgical patient Prior to surgery psychological intervention effect observation.Method：The data of 60 patients with thyroid carcinoma treated in our hospital from February 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into control group and observation group. Thirty patients in each group were treated with randomized method. (SAS) score, depression self-rating scale (SDS) score, cognitive score, treatment compliance score, nursing satisfaction score and the satisfaction score of the two groups were observed. Changes in physiological indicators.Results:The scores of SAS score (30.72±4.87) and SDS score (30.45±4.24) were lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). The observation group score (90.14±6.11) (91.44±6.76) and nursing satisfaction score (92.44±7.28) were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05), and the physiological index was also better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Thyroid cancer patients preoperative psychological intervention care, can improve the patients anxiety, depression and other negative emotions, improve disease awareness and treatment compliance, is conducive to patient heart rate, blood pressure adjustment, the effect is remarkable, worthy of clinical promotion.
