【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of fluoxetine combined with somatosensory music therapy in the treatment of poststroke depression, and to analyze the changes of neurological deficit and depression in patients. Methods: 100 posttraumal depression patients from 2016 / 06-2017 / 06 were selected as the subjects, and they were divided into 50 groups according to the random number table method. The patients in the control group were treated with fluoxetine and combined with fluoxetine and somatosensory music therapy. The neurological deficits and depressive conditions were observed in the two groups. Results: The HAMD score (24.89 ± 3.16Vs25.23 ± 3.05) was significantly different between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, the HAMD score of the control group (11.73 ± 1.89Vs17.03 (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the NIHSS score (17.11 ± 2.31Vs17.04 ± 2.52) before treatment group (P> 0.05). After treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) The NIHSS score (8.05 ± 1.13Vs13.25 ± 1.83) in the control group was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of fluoxetine and somatosensory music therapy in patients with poststroke depression is significant, and it has a significant effect on improving the status of depression and neurological deficits in patients. It is worthy of application.
