Objective To explore the clinical effect of Mirtazapine Combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) in elderly patients with anxiety disorders accompanied by sleep disorders. Methods From February 2015 to February 2017 in our hospital treated 92 cases of patients with sleep disorders as the research object. According to the difference of treatment were divided into two groups, the control group (n=46) received mirtazapine oral treatment, the study group (n=46) in rTMS on the basis of mirtazapine in the treatment of treatment,The two groups were treated for 4 weeks. Two groups of anxiety score in the observation, polysomnography (PSG) to assess the situation in Pittsburgh, the sleep quality scale (PSQI) clinical curative effect score. Results: Two groups before treatment SAS, HAMA score, PSQI score PSG sleep score, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). After treatment, two patients in the SAS group, HAMA scores were significantly increased (P<0.05); comparison between groups, the study group SAS, HAMA scores were significantly lower than the control group (t=11.873,4.181 two groups of patients, P<0.05). The actual total sleep time, sleep efficiency, latency of REM were significantly increased (P<0.05), sleep latency, nighttime awakenings and the total time of awakening during the night Significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05); comparison between groups, the study group of patients with PSG sleep improved significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). PSQI scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment (P<0.05), PSQI group were significantly lower than the control group (t=6.154, P<0.05). The rank and inspection results show that to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups, the study group than the control group (Z=-2.205, P<0.05).The total effective rate, independent sample and chi square test showed that the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.845,P<0.05).Conclusion Mirtazapine Combined with rTMS is effective in the treatment of senile anxiety disorder accompanied by sleep disorders, and can improve anxiety and sleep quality of patients more effectively than mirtazapine alone.
