摘要
孤独谱系障碍(autism spectrum disorder,ASD)是儿童常见精神疾病,该疾病目前病因不明,研究表明遗传因素与环境因素在疾病发病过程中均发挥了重要作用。表观遗传修饰在基因-环境相互作用过程中起了重要作用,DNA甲基化作为最常见的表观遗传修饰,近年来正逐渐成为ASD病因学研究热点。
Abstract
Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a common psychiatric disorder in children. The etiology of ASD is not clear, and it has been indicated that both environmental and genetic factors played important role in the process. Epigenetic modification is of great significance to gene-environment interaction, and DNA methylation is a very common epigenetic modification, and has attracted great attention in recent years.
