[Abstract] Objective:To explore the effect of group psychological intervention on depressive symptoms and quality of life in patients with gastrointestinal cancer, aiming at improving the psychological state of patients and providing the program for improving the quality of life.Methods:110 cases of digestive tract cancer patients in our hospital were selected from January 2016 to January 2017 andrandomly divided into control and intervention groups. In the control group, the patients were treated with routine intervention, and the intervention group increased the group psychological intervention on the basis of the intervention of the control group. The SAS, SDS, quality of life and other data were compared between the two groups.Results:The SAS scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of the patients in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group after the follow-up and follow-up. (P <0.05). The data of quality of life of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:Group psychological intervention can improve the psychological status of patients and improve the quality of life of patients, and has important clinical value.
