【Abstract】Objective To explore the correlations between the emotions and attentional bias to emotional words in patients with Parkinsons Disease. Methods A total of 80 PD patients were compared with matched 80 health controls(HC). Emotions of all the subjects were assessed by Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)、Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS)； that assessed the Attentional bias of all the subjects were assessed by Chinese Emotional Stroop Task. Results The score of SDS in PD group were higher than the HC group[(50.60±10.30)score vs (44.11±12.14)score，t=-3.645，P˂0.001].The comparison between PD group and HC group on the reaction time of negative-related words were significant[(1698.71±199.86)ms，(1625.95±241.64)ms respectively ; =-2.076，P=0.040]；Response time to negative words were positively correlated with SDS score in PD patients (r=0.241，P=0.031).Conclusion The studies suggest prevalence of emotions and attentional bias problems in PD patients，Depression is closely related to attention to negative-related words.
