双相情感障碍与精神分裂症患者康复期治疗及预后认真功能恢复情况比较

摘要
【摘 要】 分析康复期双相情感障碍与精神分裂症患者认知功能差异及疗效。方法 对我院2015年4月至2017年4月收治的120例康复期双相情感障碍与精神分裂症患者的临床资料进行统计分析,依据疾病类型将这些患者分为双相情感障碍组(n=60)和精神分裂症组(n=60),对两组患者的认知功能损害程度、PANSS评分进行统计分析。结果 双相情感障碍组患者的数字符号、视觉再生、数字广度倒背评分均显著高于精神分裂症组(P<0.05),WCST分类个数显著多于精神分裂症组(P<0.05),错误数、连续错误数均显著少于精神分裂症组(P<0.05),一般精神、阳性、阴性症状评分及PANSS总分均显著低于精神分裂症组(P<0.05)。结论 双相情感障碍患者的认知功能损害程度较精神分裂症患者低,疗效好。
Abstract
[Abstract] Objective To analyze the cognitive function difference and treatment outcome of patients with rehabilitation stage bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.Methods The clinical data of 120 cases of patients with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were statistically analyzed, these patients were divided into bipolar disorder group (n=60) and schizophrenia group (n= 60) based on the types of diseases, the cognitive function impairment and PANSS scores of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The number of symbols, visual reproduction, digital span scores of the bipolar disorder group were significantly higher than the schizophrenia group (P<0.05), the number of WCST was significantly higher than the schizophrenia group (P<0.05), the number of errors, continuous errors were significantly less than the schizophrenia group (P<0.05), the general spirit, positive and negative symptoms scores and PANSS score were significantly lower than the schizophrenia group (P<0.05).Conclusion The cognitive function impairment of patients with bipolar disorder is lower than patients with schizophrenia, and the prognosis treatment outcome is better.
