奥氮平对首次发病精神分裂症患者血清叶酸、同型半胱氨酸和脑源性神经营养因子水平的影响

摘要
目的:探析奥氮平对首次发病精神分裂症患者血清叶酸、同型半胱氨酸和脑源性神经营养因子水平的影响。方法:在征得患者家属知情同意下将我院2016年9月份~2017年9月份收治的100例首次发病精神分裂症患者分为接受帕利哌酮治疗的对照组及接受奥氮平治疗的观察组各50例,8周后对两组血清叶酸、同型半胱氨酸和脑源性神经营养因子水平进行比较。结果:治疗前两组患者血清叶酸、同型半胱氨酸和脑源性神经营养因子水平无明显差异,治疗2周、治疗4周、治疗6周、治疗8周各指标数值相比较,观察组血清叶酸、脑源性神经营养因子水平低于对照组,而同型半胱氨酸高于对照组但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);疗程结束后两组患者不良反应发生率比较,观察组略高于对照组但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:奥氮平对首次发病精神分裂症患者血清叶酸、同型半胱氨酸和脑源性神经营养因子水平的影响略逊于帕利哌酮但差异并不明显,故此可作为临床治疗的优选用药方案推广使用。
Abstract
Objective: To explore the effects of olanzapine on serum folic acid, homocysteine and brain-derived neurotrophic factor in patients with first-episode schizophrenia. Methods: with the consent of the families of patients informed consent 100 cases in our hospital from 2016 September ~2017 year in September were the first onset schizophrenia were randomly divided into control group received risperidone treatment and observation of Paley received olanzapine treatment group with 50 cases in each group, after 8 weeks of the two groups of serum folic acid, homocysteine and brain-derived neurotrophic factor levels were compared. Results: two groups of patients with serum folate, homocysteine and BDNF levels were not significantly different before treatment, 2 weeks of treatment, treatment for 4 weeks and 6 weeks of treatment, treatment of 8 weeks compared numerical indexes, serum folic acid and BDNF levels lower than the control group, and homocysteine is higher than the control group but no significant difference between the groups (P > 0.05); after the end of treatment in patients with adverse reactions of the two groups were compared, the observation group was slightly higher than the control group but the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of olanzapine on first onset schizophrenia serum folic acid, homocysteine and brain-derived neurotrophic factor levels was less than that of risperidone Paley but the difference is not obvious, therefore can be used as the preferred therapy clinical treatment application.
