| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the effect of agomelatine combined with rTMS in the treatment of initial depression and its effect on the cognitive function of patients.Methods Totally 90 patients with first-episode depression with EpiCalc 2000 were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in argonaut beauty treatment, on the basis of the team to give rTMS treatment, control group given false stimulation,respectively in the treatment of 0,1, 2, 4 weekend with HAMD-17 to assess efficacy,with WAIS digital symbol, digit span,WMS、WCST、TMT、VFTto evaluate the cognitive function.Results The HAMD scores were significantly lower than the control group in the first, second and fourth weekend after treatment.The study group was more effective than the control group in the weekend.The number of WCST non-persistent errors and VFT repetition were decreased before treatment, and the number of TMT-A in control group decreased before treatment.Compared with the control group,WCST continuous error number, TMT connection time were lower in the fourth weekend after treatment, and the total number of VFT was higher,all of the above (P<0.05).Conclusion rTMS combined with argomelatine can improve the effect of antidepressant effect, enhance anti-depression effect, and improve cognitive function.
