前脉冲抑制(prepulse inhibition,PPI)是感觉门控的测量指标之一,也是精神分裂症的内表型之一。通过PubMed和中国国家知识资源数据库(CNKI),检索到28篇文献报道了PPI与基因多态性的研究,其中3篇是全基因组关联分析研究。全基因组关联分析显示,30个基因的60个单核苷酸多态性位点与PPI降低相关。其余非全基因组关联研究的25篇中,涉及24个基因或者相邻基因的68个位点,其中15个基因31个单核苷酸多态性位点与PPI降低相关。精神分裂症患者和健康受试者的PPI与遗传因素相关,并且可能受到多个基因调节。
Abstract
Prepulse inhibition (PPI) is one of the measurement indicators of sensory gating and one of the phenotypes of schizophrenia. Through PubMed and China National Knowledge Database (CNKI), 28 articles were retrieved, which study about the association of PPI and genetic polymorphisms,3 articles are genome-wide association analysis. The whole genome association analysis showed that 60 single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)of 30 genes are associated with the decrease of PPI. Among 25 non full genome association studies, there are 68 SNPs of 24 genes or adjacent genes, of which 31 SNPs of 15 genes are associated with PPI reduction. PPI is associated with genetic factors and is regulated by multiple genes in schizophrenics and healthy subjects.
