对刚步入社会的大学生创业者，在组建自己的初创团队时，不是简单的组织几个有相同兴趣和爱好的人。初创企业要想取得成功，表面看是项目和资金，而让初创企业取得成功和长足可持续发展的核心是创业者的核心团队。

| Abstract |
For college student entrepreneurs who have just entered the society, when building their own start-up team, it is not simply to organize several people with the same interests and hobbies. If a startup wants to succeed, it looks like projects and funds, but the core of the startup’s success and long-term sustainable develop- ment is the core team of entrepreneurs.
