自我效能感在恶性血液病患者社会支持与生活质量间的中介效应分析

摘要
[摘 要] 目的:探讨恶性血液病患者的生活质量、社会支持、自我效能之间的关系,分析自我效能在生活质量与社会支持的中介效应。方法: 运用一般自我效能量表(GSES)、社会支持量表(SSRS)、生活质量问卷(QLQ-C30)编成调查问卷对济宁医学院附属医院血液内科284例恶性血液病患者进行问卷调查,运用SPSS17.0中文版进行统计并分析三者之间的关系。结果: 恶性血液病患者生活质量主观支持( r=0.35,p<0.01) 和自我效能感(r=0.32,p<0.01 ) 呈显著正相关,而与客观支持(r=0.05,p>0.05) 相关不显著; 自我效能感与主观支持(r= 0.36,p<0.01) 呈显著正相关,中介效应估计值为0.26,占总效应之比为0.23。结论: 恶性血液病患者自我效能感在社会支持和生活质量间起部分中介作用,医务工作者应注重提高患者的自我效能感,以改善其生活质量。
Abstract
[abstract] Objective:To explore the relationship between life quality, social support and self-efficacy of patients with malignant hematologic diseases,and analyze the mediating effect of self-efficacy on quality of life and social support. Methods:Using the general self-efficacy scale (GSES),social support scale (SSRS),quality of life questionnaire (QLQ C30) into questionnaire of Jining medical college affiliated hospital blood medical study was conducted in 284 patients with malignant hematologic diseases,using SPSS17.0 Chinese statistics and analysis the relationship between the three. Results:Subjective support for quality of life of patients with malignant hematologic disease (r=0.35,p< 0.01) and self-efficacy (r=0.32,p< 0.01) significant positive correlation and objective support (r=0.05,p>0.05)The correlation was not significant; self-efficacy and subjective support (r=0.36, p< 0.01) significant positive correlation was found, and the estimated value of mediating effect was 0.26,accounting for 0.23. Conclusion:The self-efficacy of patients with malignant hematologic disease is an intermediary between social support and quality of life.
