Objective: To probe into the application value of comprehensive psychological intervention in the nursing of children with emotional disorders. Methods: 80 cases of children with emotional disorder were divided into two groups by random number table methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group were only implemented treatment related routine nursing,while the observation group were given comprehensive psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.Then,the psychological stress index, nursing satisfaction and quality of life of two groups of patients were observed.Results: The scores of SAS and SDS before the intervention of two groups were high,and the reaction of psychological stress was significant,and there was no significant difference between groups (P＞0.05).After the intervention, the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those of control group(P＞0.05).Before nursing, there was no significant difference in four dimensions score of social health, mental health, mental health and physical health between the two groups (P＞0.05).After nursing, the four dimensions score in the observation group were significant differences in compared with the control group (P＞0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the control group and the observation group were 77.5% and 97.5% respectively, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (x2=7.314, P=0.007). Conclusion: The comprehensive psychological nursing intervention can effectively reduce the psychological stress response of the children with emotional disorder, improve quality of life,thus it has high clinical value.
