Abstract:Objective In order to observe the risk factors of end stage renal disease (ESRD) expected to accompany depression in hemodialysis patients. Methods 150 ESRD hemodialysis patients who were admitted to our hospital from June 2013 to June 2017 were enrolled in this study. The general data and pathological data of patients were divided into depression group and non depression group according to the expected depressive condition of hemodialysis dry, and the independent factors of the expected associated depression in ESRD hemodialysis dry were analyzed by multiple factor Logistic regression analysis. Results In 150 patients, 48 cases of hemodialysis were found to have depression, the incidence was 32%.Single factor analysis results showed that ESRD hemodialysis intervention period with depression and gender, age, marital status, educational level, smoking, drinking, do you have any complications of hypertension, diabetes complications, on dialysis, vascular access ways, presence of complications, the dialysis adequacy of dialysis, protein catabolic rate (P>0.05), no obvious correlation with the working status, personal income, cardiovascular complications, cerebrovascular complications, internal fistula operation times, hemoglobin, serum albumin, blood uric acid have significant correlation (P<0.05).Multiple factor Logistic regression analysis showed that personal income, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications, the number of internal fistula operations, hemoglobin, and serum albumin were independent factors for the expected associated depression in ESRD hemodialysis dry (P<0.05).Conclusion ESRD hemodialysis is expected to be prone to depression, low personal income, complications of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, more times of internal fistula operation and abnormal hemoglobin and serum albumin promote the occurrence of depression in patients with ESRD hemodialysis, which should be paid enough attention to.
