摘要	目前精神分裂症的炎症免疫机制受到广泛重视，已有大量文献报道，精神分裂症中紧张症症状维度、认知症状维度、阴性症状维度与炎症免疫机制有着更为密切的关系，而阳性症状与炎症免疫关系不密切，精神分裂症与炎症免疫的关系为指导临床提供了更为精准的治疗。
Abstract	The inflammatory immune mechanism of schizophrenia has been widely attented. A large number of literatures report that there are closer relationships between catatonia symptoms dimension, cognitive symptoms dimension, negative symptoms dimension of schizophrenia and inflammatory immune mechanism, but positive symptoms is not correlated with the inflammation. The relationship between schizophrenia and inflammatory immune provides more accurate treatment for clinical treatment.
