[Abstract]Objective:To observe and explore the effects of cognitive behavioral intervention on psychological pain,bad mood and quality of life in cancer patients.Methods:160 patients with cancer treated in our hospital from February 2014 to January 2015 were selected as the subjects.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the randomized control principle.The control group received routine treatment and care,and the observation group received cognitive behavioral intervention on the basis of the control group,the differences of pain degree, bad mood and quality of life between the two groups were observed.Results:After the intervention,the scores of heart pain score and anxiety and depression scale in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.01).The observation group were treated by cognitive behavioral intervention,5 functional scale project(physical function,role function,emotional function,cognitive function,social function) and 2 symptom scale project(fatigue,nausea and vomiting),4 single scale projects(dyspnea,insomnia,loss of appetite,constipation) and overall quality of life of patients in the control group compared with significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:Cognitive behavioral intervention can effectively improve the psychological pain and anxiety,depression and other adverse emotions,and improve the quality of life of patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
