| 摘要 |
【摘要】目的:探讨强化心理康复干预方案对康复期精神分裂症患者症状严重程度、社会功能及生活质量的影响。方法：研究对象选取我院2015年7月-2017年7月收治康复期精神分裂症患者共140例，以随机数字表法分为对照组（70例）和试验组（70例），分别采用正念认知疗法与在此基础上加用利伯曼精神康复疗法治疗；比较两组患者干预前后PANSS评分，SDSS评分，SQLS评分，SES评分及GSES评分。结果：试验组患者治疗后PANSS评分、SDSS评分及SQLS评分均显著低于对照组、干预前（p<0.05）；同时试验组患者干预后SES评分和GSES评分均显著高于对照组、干预前（p<0.05）。结论：强化心理康复干预方案用于康复期精神分裂症患者可有效降低症状严重程度，提高社会功能和生活质量，并有助于改善自尊及自我效能感。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the influence of intensive psychological rehabilitation intervention on severity of symptoms, social function and quality of life of patients with convalescent schizophrenics. Methods 140 patients with convalescent schizophrenics were chosen in the period from July 2015 to July 2017 in our hospital and randomly divided into both groups including control group (70 patients) with mindfulness cognitive therapy and experiment group (70 patients) with Lieberman mental rehabilitation therapy on the basis of control group; and the PANSS score, SDSS score, SQLS score, SES score and GSES score before and after intervention of both groups were compared. Results The PANSS score, SDSS score and SQLS score after intervention of experiment group were significantly lower than control group and before treatment（p<0.05）. The SES score and GSES score after intervention of experiment group were significantly higher than control group and before interventnion（p<0.05）. Conclusion Intensive psychological rehabilitation intervention in the treatment of patients with convalescent schizophrenics can efficiently reduce the severity of symptoms, higher social function and quality of life and be helpful to improve self-esteem and self-efficacy.
