摘要	摘要：本文将介绍优势个案管理定义内涵并结合国内外精神疾病患者康复的研究现状，来阐述实施个案管理优势模式的必要性，以此为精神疾病患者康复的护理工作模式提供借鉴依据。
Abstract	[Abstract]:Based on the introduction of Strengths Model of Case Management(SM CM), this paper combines the current research situation of mental illness rehabilitation at China and abroad, elaborates on the necessity of Strengths Model of Case Management, and provides reference for the nursing model of rehabilitation of mental patients.
