【摘要】目的:探讨计算机设计下工作记忆和多维执行功能康复训练方案对ADHD患儿症状严重程度、执行功能及实验室指标的影响。方法:研究对象选取我院2016年4月-2018年5月收治ADHD患儿共70例,以随机数字表法分为对照组(35例)和试验组(35例),分别采用工作记忆康复训练方案和计算机设计下多维执行功能康复训练方案治疗,比较两组治疗前后RS-IV评分、ASQ评分、PHCSS评分、NCT失误率、执行功能量表评分及实验室指标水平。结果:试验组治疗后RS-IV评分均显著低于对照组、治疗前(p<0.05);试验组治疗后ASQ评分、PHCSS评分及NCT失误率均显著低于对照组、治疗前(p<0.05);试验组治疗后执行功能量表评分均显著高于对照组、治疗前(p<0.05);同时试验组治疗后S-100β、25-羟维生素D及PRL水平均高于对照组、治疗前(p<0.05)。结论:相较于工作记忆康复训练方案,计算机设计下多维执行功能康复训练方案用于ADHD患儿治疗能够显著改善相关症状体征,提高认知水平,增强执行功能,并有助于上调S-100β、25-羟维生素D及PRL水平。

| Abstract |
Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of rehabilitation training programs for working memory and multidimensional execution function under computer design on symptom severity, executive function and laboratory parameters of children with ADHD. Methods 70 children with ADHD were chosen in our hospital in the period from April 2016 to May 2018 and randomly divided into two groups including control group (35 children) with working memory under computer design and experiment group (35 children) with multidimensional execution function under computer design; and the RS-IV score, ASQ score, PHCSS score, NCT error rate, executive function scale score and the levels of laboratory indicators before and after treatment of both groups were compared. Results The RS-IV score after treatment of experiment group were significant less than control group and before treatment(p<0.05). The ASQ score, PHCSS score and NCT error rate after treatment of experiment group were significant less than control group and before treatment(p<0.05). The executive function scale score after treatment of experiment group were significant more than control group and before treatment(p<0.05). The levels of S-100 β, 25- hydroxyvitamin D and PRL after treatment of experiment group were significant higher than control group and before treatment(p<0.05). Conclusion Compared with working memory under computer design, multidimensional execution function under computer design in the treatment of children with ADHD can efficiently improve tje related symptoms and signs, higher cognitive level, enhance executive function and be helpful to up-regulate the levels of S-100 β, 25-hydroxyvitamin D and PRL.
