摘要	重复经颅磁刺激（Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation，rTMS）通过调节神经递质的传导与释放或改善脑血流对神经网络的兴奋性及抑制性进行调节，增加大脑的可塑性。具有安全无创、操作简单等特点。癫痫发作作为rTMS最严重的副作用，其发生率极低且通常发生于应用可降低癫痫发作阈值的药物的患者当中。随着电生理技术、功能性神经影像学的发展，rTMS目前广泛应用于治疗精神疾病的各个领域中。
Abstract	Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation（rTMS）by regulating the conduction and release of neurotransmitters or increasing cerebral blood flow to regulate the excitability and inhibition of neural networks and increase brain plasticity.Depend on its features of safety,non-invasiveness and simple operation, rTMS is currently widely used in the fields of treatment of mental illness.
