【Abstract】 Objective To study the level and significance of serum inflammatory factors in patients with generalized anxiety disorder. Methods Fifty-three patients with generalized anxiety disorder admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the study subjects as the observation group. In addition, 53 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group. Both groups in the hospital after 2 ~ 3 d morning take a peripheral venous blood and detect the C - reactive protein (CRP) and interleukin 1 alpha (IL - 1α), interleukin 6 (IL - 6), interleukin 12 (IL - 12), INF -Ƴ(INF -Ƴ), granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor (gm-csf) the indicators,In addition, the relationship between serum inflammatory factors and generalized anxiety score (GAD-7) in patients with generalized anxiety disorder was analyzed by correlation analysis. Results Observation group of CRP, IL - 1α, IL - 6, IL - 12, INF - Ƴ, gm-csf level with GAD - 7 score is significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);The serum inflammatory factors CRP, IL-1α, IL-6, IL-12, INF-Ƴ and GM-CSF were positively correlated with GAD-7 in patients with generalized anxiety disorder (r 0.423, 0.372, 0.259, 0.637, 0.541 and 0.711, respectively, with statistical significance (P < 0.05).Conclusion Compared with normal people, patients with generalized anxiety disorder have higher serum inflammatory factor levels, and the increase of inflammatory factor levels is related to the severity of anxiety disorder, which can provide a basis for the diagnosis and treatment of generalized anxiety disorder. Therefore, patients serum inflammatory factor levels should be closely monitored in the clinical diagnosis and treatment process.
