| 摘要 |
分析对血液透析患者实施标准化实施护理对其心理状态及不良并发症的影响。方法 抽取2020年4月至2021年8月间在我院接受血液透析的患者66例作为此次的观察对象，并将其按照随机数字法分成各有33例的对照组以及研究组，前者接受常规护理，后者接受标准化舒适护理，对比分析两组不同的护理效果。结果 心理状态评分，护理前对比差异无统计学意义（p>0.05），护理后研究组的评分明显低于对照组，对比差异具有统计学意义（p<0.05）；并发症发生率，研究组较低，对照组较高，对比结果（p<0.05），差异具有统计学意义；护理满意度，研究组较高，对照组较低，对比差异具有统计学意义（p<0.05）；自护能力评分，护理前对比差异无统计学意义（p>0.05），护理后研究组的各项评分均高于对照组，对比具有统计学差异性（p<0.05）。结论 对血液透析患者实施标准化舒适护理的干预价值较高，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective: To analyze the effect of standardized nursing on the psychological state and adverse complications of hemodialysis patients. Methods 66 patients who underwent hemodialysis in our hospital from April 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the observation objects, and they were randomly divided into control group and study group with 33 cases respectively. The former received routine nursing and the latter received standardized comfortable nursing. The different nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results there was no significant difference in mental state score before nursing (P > 0.05), and the score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group after nursing (P < 0.05); The incidence of complications was lower in the study group and higher in the control group (P < 0.05); Nursing satisfaction was higher in the study group and lower in the control group (P < 0.05); There was no significant difference in the scores of self-care ability before nursing (P > 0.05). After nursing, the scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion the intervention value of standardized comfort nursing for hemodialysis patients is high and worth popularizing.
