度洛西汀与帕罗西汀应用于糖尿病伴发抑郁焦虑症状患者的效果对比分析

| 摘要 |
对比帕罗西汀与度洛西汀治疗糖尿病伴发抑郁焦虑症状患者的效果。方法 随机数字表法将87例糖尿病伴发抑郁焦虑症的患者分为2组，常规治疗基础上，观察组44例服用度洛西汀治疗，对照组43例予帕罗西汀口服，均治疗1个月，对比两组治疗前后焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分及空腹和餐后2h血糖、相关神经细胞因子和炎症因子变化及安全性。结果 观察组1月末空腹及餐后2h血糖、SDS及SAS评分、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）及超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）水平均低于对照组，神经生长因子（NGF）及脑源性神经营养因子（BDNF）水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），不良反应发生情况两组无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。结论 度洛西汀可较帕罗西汀有效、快速的缓解糖尿病伴发抑郁焦虑症状患者的血糖水平及抑郁焦虑状态，改善相关炎症及神经因子水平，且较安全。

| Abstract |
Objective To compare the effects of paroxetine and duloxetine in the diabetic patients with symptoms of depression and anxiety. Methods 87 patients with diabetes and depression and anxiety were randomly divided into 2 groups. Basised on the routine treatment, 44 patients in observation group were treated with duloxetine and 43 patients in control group were given paroxetine, all treated for 1 month. The anxiety self-rating scale (SAS), depression self-rating scale (SDS) score,fasting and postprandial 2h blood glucose level, related neurocytokines、inflammatory factors and safety were compared. Results After 1 month the blood glucose, SDS and SAS scores、levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6) 、high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) of the observation group were lower than control group ，the levels of nerve growth factor (NGF) and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) were higher than control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in adverse reactions(P> 0.05). Conclusion Duloxetine can relieve the blood sugar level and depression and anxiety status of patients with diabetes and depression and anxiety symptoms, and improve the related inflammation and neurological factors safetly.
