抑郁症患者注意网络功能与抗抑郁疗效的关系研究

摘要	探讨抑郁症患者的注意网络功能与抗抑郁药物疗效之间的关系。方法纳入86例抑郁症患者（研究组）与80例健康自愿者（对照组），研究组患者均给予抗抑郁症药常规系统治疗6周，治疗前后采用注意网络测验（ANT）和17项汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD-17）进行评估；对照组仅给予注意网络测验（ANT）。结果研究组治疗前平均正确率、警觉网络效率、定向网络效率、执行控制网络效率较对照组比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05），研究组治疗前后ANT、HAMD-17结果比较有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。研究组不同疗效的各分组警觉网络效率、执行控制网络效率结果的差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论抑郁症患者存在注意网络功能障碍。注意网络功能障碍越明显，抗抑郁症治疗效果越差。
Abstract	Objective To explore the relationship between the attention of depressed patients and the efficacy of antidepressant drugs.Methods 86 patients with depression and 80 healthy volunteers were enrolled. All patients in the study group were given antidepressant treatment for 6 weeks, and Attention network test (ANT) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) were assessed before and after treatment.The control group was given ANT only.Results The mean correct rate, alerting network efficiency, orienting network efficiency and executive control network efficiency before and after treatment were significant difference (P < 0.05) compared with the control group, and the ANT and HAMD results of the study group were statistically significant before and after treatment(P < 0.05).The results of the alerting and executive control network efficiency of each group with different groups of the effect showed significant differences (P < 0.05).Conclusion The results indicated that attention network deficit is in depressed patients.Attention network dysfunction is more obvious, the worse the effect of antidepression treatment.
