全面护理对帕金森病患者生活质量的影响

摘要	探究全面护理对帕金森病（PD）患者生活质量的影响。方法选择我院2021.03-2022.01期间临床收诊帕金森病人共计70名，按照随机分组法将对象平均分为两组，每组35名即为常规组、实验组。给予常规组对象常规护理，给予实验组对象全面护理，对比两组护理前后生活质量核心量表评分、不良情绪（SAS、SDS）评分、帕金森综合评分量表（UPDRS）评分、护理满意度。结果护理前，两组对比生活质量核心量表评分无差异性，P＞0.05。护理后，实验组SAS、SDS、UPDRS评分低于常规组，P＜0.05。实验组生活质量核心量表评分、护理满意度高于常规组，P＜0.05。结论全面护理干预有利于促进帕金森患者积极恢复，从而间接使其心理状态好转，改善生活质量，建议普及推广。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on the quality of life of patients with Parkinsons disease (PD). Methods a total of 70 patients with Parkinsons disease in our hospital from March 2021 to January 2022 were selected. According to the random grouping method, the subjects were divided into two groups, 35 in each group, namely the routine group and the experimental group. Routine nursing was given to the subjects in the routine group and comprehensive nursing was given to the subjects in the experimental group. The scores of the core scale of quality of life, bad mood (SAS, SDS), Parkinsons comprehensive rating scale (UPDRS) and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results before nursing, there was no difference between the two groups in the score of the core scale of quality of life (P > 0.05). After nursing, the scores of SAS, SDS and UPDRS in the experimental group were lower than those in the routine group (P < 0.05). The scores of QOL core scale and nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the routine group (P < 0.05). Conclusion comprehensive nursing intervention is helpful to promote the positive recovery of Parkinsons patients, so as to indirectly improve their psychological state and improve their quality of life. It is suggested to popularize it.
