Objective: To observe the comprehensive psychological intervention of parents of adolescents with first-episode schizophrenia and its effect on the early form of treatment. Methods: 80 adolescents with first-episode schizophrenia who met the criteria of admission from January 2018 to December 2018 were included in the study. The patients were randomly divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases). The observation group received systematic psychological intervention. The HAMA (anxiety) and HAMD (depression) scores of the two groups before and after parentsintervention were evaluated comprehensively, and the scores were evaluated by electricity. The form of follow-up visits to understand the patients form of treatment, do a good job of the corresponding records. Results: After the intervention, the HAMA and HAMD scores of the family members of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05); 85.0% (68/80) of the patients in the observation group received regular systematic treatment three months after the first visit, while only 40.0% (32/80) of the patients in the control group received regular treatment, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive psychological intervention to parents of adolescent first-episode schizophrenia patients can enhance their awareness of the disease and help patients to receive regular and systematic treatment, which is worthy of popularization and application.
