摘要	【摘要】精神分裂症(Schizophrenia)(简称分裂症)至今病因不清，神经发育异常可能是病因学因素之一。由于脑结构发育异常，导致脑的不同区域功能异常，有研究认为，某些脑区的结构和功能异常会导致幻觉和妄想等阳性精神病性症状。本文复习国内外相关文献，旨在就目前阳性精神病症状与核磁共振成像扫描技术的相关研究结果进行综述。
Abstract	【Abstract】These etiologies of schizophrenia are unclear, and neurodevelopmental abnormality may be one of the etiological factors. Because of the abnormal development structure of the brain, which leads to the dysfunction of different regions of the brain, it has been suggested that the abnormal structure and function of some brain areas can lead to positive psychotic symptoms such as hallucinations and delusions.This article reviews the relevant literature at home and abroad in order to review the results of the current study on positive psychotic symptoms and magnetic resonance imaging scanning.
