摘要	本文重点从基因多态性角度综述了近些年有关钙离子通道与双相情感障碍关联性的研究，并从认知、治疗、预后等视角探讨了不同钙离子通道基因型对于双相障碍患者病情转归的影响。同时探讨了钙离子拮抗剂用于双相情感障碍治疗的现状及不足，以期为未来的研究提供参考。
Abstract	In this paper, the association between calcium channels and bipolar disorder in recent years was reviewed from the perspective of gene polymorphism, and the effects of different calcium channel genotypes on the outcome of bipolar disorder were discussed from the perspectives of cognition, treatment and prognosis.At the same time, the present situation and deficiency of calcium antagonists in the treatment of bipolar disorder were discussed in order to provide reference for future research.
