摘要
分析2016-2020年某社区数据为社区卫生工作提供依据。方法 采用描述性分析方法进行分析。结果 社区卫生服务中心承担较为繁重中的任务、高职称所占比例并不高。结论 存在的问题:(1)人才缺口大。(2)绩效机制待完善。(3)公共卫生人员不足,综合素质待提高。建议:(1)强化激励力度(2)加强人才队伍建设、人才吸引力(3)人力资源科学配置,加大人员编制。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the data of a community from 2016 to 2020 to provide basis for community health work. Methods Descriptive analysis was used. Results The proportion of community health service centers with heavy tasks and high professional titles is not high. Conclusions Existing problems: (1) Large talent gap. (2) The performance mechanism needs to be improved. (3) Public health personnel are insufficient and their comprehensive quality needs to be improved. Suggestions :(1) strengthen incentives; (2) strengthen talent team construction and talent attraction; (3) scientific allocation of human resources and increase staffing.
