目的:分析静态功能磁共振在研究老年抑郁症脑功能及结构中的应用。方法:以我院收治的52例老年抑郁症受试者为研究对象作为观察组,另外选择52例在我院接受健康体检的正常老年人作为对照组,所有研究对象的入院时间是2018年2月至2019年5月,所有试验人员均采用静态功能磁共振下高分辨率结构像及功能扫描,对图像结果进行扫描;比较所有受试者的舒适度情况。结果:观察组的抑郁量表评分为(12.76±4.17)分,高于对照组的(1.18±0.44)分,观察组的智力精神状态检查量表评分为(26.9±2.58)分,略低于对照组的(29.1±2.05)分,无较大差异;观察组受试者的中央旁小叶、中左侧梭状回、中央后回、颞上回、顶下小叶和楔前叶以及额上回、右侧枕中回和顶下叶的Reho与对照组相比显著降低(P<0.05),观察组受试者的楔叶、左侧颞下回、颞下回、额下回、梭状回、楔前叶和右侧内侧扣带回的GMV水平与对照组相比显著降低(P<0.05)。结论: 老年受试者的异常脑功能和结构,对抑郁症的神经病理机制不产生影响,两者相互独立,通过对图像的分析发现,受试者中脑区域功能正常,与结构异常的区域没有重叠。

| Abstract |
Objective: To analyze the application of functional magnetic resonance imaging in the study of brain function and structure in elderly patients with depression. METHODS: A total of 52 elderly patients with depression were enrolled in our hospital as the observation group. A total of 52 normal elderly patients who received a physical examination in our hospital were selected as the control group. The admission time of all subjects was 2018. From May to May 2019, all testers used high-resolution structural images and functional scans under NMR to scan the image results; the comfort of all subjects was compared. RESULTS: The score of the depression scale of the observation group was (12.76±4.17), which was higher than that of the control group (1.18±0.44). The score of the mental state examination scale of the observation group was (26.9±2.58), slightly lower than There were no significant differences in the control group (29.1±2.05) points; the central side lobules, the middle left fusiform gyrus, the central posterior gyrus, the superior temporal gyrus, the inferior parietal lobes and the anterior cranial lobes, and the forehead The Reho of the right occipital mid-back and the lower abdomen were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The wedges of the observation group, the left inferior temporal gyrus, the inferior temporal gyrus, the inferior frontal gyrus, and the shuttle were observed. The GMV levels in the anterior gyrus, anterior wedge and medial cingulate gyrus were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Abnormal brain function and structure of elderly subjects have no effect on the neuropathological mechanism of depression. They are independent of each other. Through analysis of the images, it is found that the brain region of the subject is functional and abnormal. There is no overlap.
