乙酰谷酰胺联合门冬氨酸鸟氨酸治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化肝性脑病的效果及对患者焦虑抑郁的影响

| 摘要 |
探讨乙酰谷酰胺联合门冬氨酸鸟氨酸治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化肝性脑病的效果及对患者焦虑抑郁的影响。方法 依据随机对照原则将2017年12月~2019年2月我院进行治疗的70例乙型肝炎肝硬化肝性脑病患者分为每组35例。对照组患者给予常规对症治疗+乙酰谷酰胺治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上加用门冬氨酸鸟氨酸，比较两组患者的预后效果。结果 观察组患者疗程结束时总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者疗程结束时血氨、谷氨酰转移酶（GGT）、丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、总胆红素（TBIL）水平均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者疗程结束时焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者治疗期间烦躁不安、兴奋抑郁交替、昼夜睡眠倒置发生率均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 乙酰谷酰胺联合门冬氨酸鸟氨酸治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化肝性脑病疗效显著，可明显改善患者肝功能和情绪状态。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the influence of clinical effect and anxiety-depression in patients with HBV-related hepatocirrhosis hepatic encephalopathy by acelglutamide injection with ornithine aspartate injection. Methods 70 cases of patients with HBV-related hepatocirrhosis hepatic encephalopathy from 2017/12 to 2019/02 were randomly divided into observation group(35 cases) and control group(35 cases). The control group were treated by conventional symptomatic treatment + acelglutamide injection. The observation group were treated by ornithine aspartate injection based on the control group. The prognosis effect of the two groups were observed. Results The total effect of the observation group at the end of the course was higher than the control group(P＜0.05); The levels of ammonia, GGT, ALT, TBIL for the observation group at the end of the course were lower than the control group(P＜0.05); The score of SAS, SDS for the observation group at the end of the course were lower than the control group(P＜0.05); The rate of dysphoria, depressed wait for a symptom alternately with excitement, day and night sleep upside down for the observation group duration of therapy were lower than the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion It has prominent effect in patients with HBV-related hepatocirrhosis hepatic encephalopathy by acelglutamide injection with ornithine aspartate injection. It can improve the liver function and emotional state.
