| 摘要 |
目的：探讨高压氧治疗高血压脑出血后早期抑郁症疗效及其对预后的影响。方法：随机选取2018年5月至2019年5月我院高血压脑出血后早期抑郁症患者60例，随机分为2组：一组基础性治疗组（30例），一组基础性治疗联合高压氧治疗组（高压氧治疗组，30例）。结果：两组患者治疗后的NIHSS评分、HAMD评分均显著低于治疗前（P<0.05），MOCA评分、FM评分均显著高于治疗前（P<0.05）；治疗后高压氧治疗组患者的NIHSS评分、HAMD评分均显著低于基础性治疗组（P<0.05），MOCA评分、FM评分均显著高于基础性治疗组（P<0.05）。高压氧治疗组患者治疗的总有效率80.0%（24/30）显著高于基础性治疗组60.0%（18/30）（P<0.05）。结论：高压氧治疗高血压脑出血后早期抑郁症疗效显著，能够有效改善患者预后，值得在临床推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective: To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on early depression after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and its influence on prognosis. Methods: 60 cases of patients with early depression after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into two groups: one group of basic treatment group (30 cases), the other group of basic treatment combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment group (hyperbaric oxygen treatment group, 30 cases). Results: After treatment, the NIHSS scores and HAMD scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment (P < 0.05), the MOCA scores and FM scores were significantly higher than those before treatment (P < 0.05); After treatment, The NIHSS score and HAMD score of the hyperbaric oxygen treatment group were significantly lower (P < 0.05), the MOCA score and FM score were significantly higher than the basic treatment group (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the hyperbaric oxygen treatment group 80.0% (24/30) was significantly higher than the basic treatment group 60.0% (18/30) (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Hyperbaric oxygen is effective in the treatment of early depression after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, and can effectively improve the prognosis of patients, so is worthy of promotion and application in the clinical.
