艾司西酞普兰联合降糖药物对2型糖尿病合并焦虑抑郁患者血糖控制效果及焦虑抑郁状态的影响

| 摘要 |
探讨艾司西酞普兰联合降糖药物对2型糖尿病合并焦虑抑郁患者血糖控制效果及焦虑抑郁状态的影响。方法 纳入2017年1月~2019年1月我院进行治疗的60例2型糖尿病合并焦虑抑郁患者进行研究，依据随机对照原则分为每组30例。两组患者入院后均接受降糖药物治疗，观察组患者在此基础上加用艾司西酞普兰。比较两组预后效果。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者治疗后空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2h血糖（2hPG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）水平均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者治疗后汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）评分均显著低于对照组，糖尿病自我效能量表（DMSES）评分、生活质量综合评定问卷（GQOLI-74）评分均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者治疗期间低血糖事件发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 艾司西酞普兰联合降糖药物能够提高2型糖尿病合并焦虑抑郁患者的血糖控制效果，改善其心理状态和生活质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the influence of blood glucose and anxiety-depression in type 2 diabetes mellitus with anxiety-depression by escitalopram with hypoglycemic agent. Methods 60 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus with anxiety-depression from 2017/01 to 2019/01 were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases). The control group were treated by hypoglycemic agent. The observation group were treated by escitalopram based on the control group. The clinical effect were observed. Results The total effect of observation group were higher than the control group(P＜0.05); The levels of FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c for the observation group after treatment were lower than the control group(P＜0.05); The scores of HAMA, HAMD, PSQI for the observation group after treatment were lower than the control group(P＜0.05); The scores of DMSES, GQOLI-74 for the observation group after treatment were higher than the control group(P＜0.05); The rate of hypoglycemic event for the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion It can improve the blood glucose, psychological states and life quality in type 2 diabetes mellitus with anxiety-depression by escitalopram with hypoglycemic agent.
