Objective: To explore the effects of psychological and drug treatment on children and families with hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods: 300 ADHD children received in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study. By computer random method, 150 cases were divided into routine group and research group. The routine group was given drug treatment, while the research group was given psychological intervention at the same time of drug treatment. Results: The clinical therapeutic effect of the study group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group, with significant difference between the two groups (p < 0.05). The scores of Conners Childrens Behavior Scale and YGTSS Yale Comprehensive Tourette Severity Scale in the study group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group, with significant difference between the two groups (p < 0.05). The changes of family influence of ADHD children in the study group after treatment were significant (p < 0.05). The good situation was significantly better than that of the routine group, and there was a significant difference between the groups (p < 0.05). CONCLUSION: On the basis of drug therapy alone, psychotherapy for ADHD has a very definite effect. It can not only further improve ADHD symptoms, but also alleviate the adverse effects on families, and significantly improve childrens ability of action, learning and self-control. It is worth recommending in clinic.
