Objective: To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the psychological emotion of children with leukemia. METHODS: From June 2018 to June 2019, 72 children with leukemia were enrolled in this hospital as the main body of this study. The computer randomization method was used to compare the groups, that is, 36 cases in the routine group were routinely treated, and 36 in the study group were treated with psychological nursing intervention while regular nursing. RESULTS: The HAMD and HAMA scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group (p<0.05). The treatment adherence of the study group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group (p<0.05). The satisfaction of the study group and their families was significantly higher than that of the conventional group. (p<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group (p<0.05); the quality of life score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group (p<0.05). Conclusion: Psychological nursing intervention can further reduce the negative emotions of children with leukemia, reduce their adverse reactions, and also improve the quality of life of children with leukemia and the satisfaction of children and their families.
