摘要	随着非典型抗精神病药的广泛应用，精神分裂症临床精神症状得以改善，但伴发肥胖问题却引起精神科医生的关注，这可能与脑源性神经营养因子(Brain-derived neurotrophic factor, BDNF)水平具有相关性。本文检索了近年来国内外相关文献，并进行分析、总结和归纳，旨在阐明BDNF与非典型抗精神病药物所致肥胖的相关性，从而为患者治疗及预防伴发肥胖提供科学依据。
Abstract	With the wide use of atypical antipsychotics, the clinical mental symptoms of schizophrenia have been improved, but the problem of obesity has attracted the attention of psychiatrists. This may be related to the level of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (Brain-derived neurotrophic factor, BDNF). This paper searched the relevant literature at home and abroad in recent years, and analyzed, summarized and summarized, in order to clarify the relationship between BDNF and obesity caused by atypical antipsychotic drugs, so as to provide scientific basis for the treatment and prevention of obesity.
