摘要
分析神经内科住院患者应用磁性管理联合心理护理干预后的效果及负面情绪改变。方法 将我院2017年6月至2018年12月期间神经内科收治的115例住院患者,依据入院顺序先后进行分组,对照组57例应用常规护理干预措施,观察组58例患者应用磁性管理联合心理护理措施进行干预,对比两组患者干预后患者焦虑、抑郁情绪、医患关系、护理质量及生活质量变化。结果 干预后,观察组SAS及SDS评分低于对照组,医患深度关系、临床护理、病区管理、护理安全及SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 磁性管理联合心理干预能够有效提升护理质量,改善医患关系,促进神经内科住院患者焦虑抑郁情绪消除,提升生活质量。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects and negative emotions of neurological inpatients after magnetic management combined with psychological nursing intervention. Methods A total of 115 inpatients admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled according to the order of admission. 57 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing interventions, and 58 patients in the observation group were treated with magnetic management. The nursing measures were intervened to compare the anxiety, depression, doctor-patient relationship, quality of care and quality of life of the patients after intervention. Results After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group. The depth relationship of the doctors, clinical nursing, ward management, nursing safety and SF-36 scores were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Magnetic management combined with psychological intervention can effectively improve the quality of care, improve the relationship between doctors and patients, promote the elimination of anxiety and depression in hospitalized neurology patients, and improve the quality of life.
