| Abstract |
Objective Based on the results of the SDS, SAS, and the MMPI for patients with hypertensive comorbid depression and normal controls, early detection and treatment of hypertension.Method SDS, SAS, and MMPI tests were performed on 20 patients with hypertensive comorbid depression in the outpatient department, and compared with the normal population (control group).Result Compared with the control group, the SDS and SAS scores of the hypertensive comorbidity group were different, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); MMPI efficacy scale: L, F, K, the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); There were no significant differences between the two groups in the Pd, Pa, and Ma (P>0.05); Compared with the control group, the Pt,Sc dimensions of the hypertensive comorbid depression group were different, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the Hs,D, Hy, Mf, and Si dimensions of the hypertensive comorbid depression group were different, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion Patients with hypertensive comorbid depression have mild depression and anxiety, and are easily identified in 7 dimensions: Pt,Sc,Hs,D, Hy, Mf, and Si. His Hs,D, Hy, Mf, and Si were significantly higher than the normal population. The clinical manifestations were depression, anxiety, suspected somatization, and introversion.
