| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of paroxetine in postpartum depression patients. Methods 85 patients with postpartum depression in our hospital were grouped according to the order in which they were admitted. The control group was treated with oryzanol orally and the observation group was treated with paroxetine. The depression, cognitive function, and hormone levels of the two groups were compared. , Neurotrophic factors, neurotransmitter levels, infant care, sleep quality, and changes in patient social functioning. Results After treatment, the levels of estradiol, BDNF, 5-HT, infant care ability, MMSE, and feeding confidence in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group, and the levels of progesterone, Hcy, HAMD, PSQI, and SDSS were lower than those in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Combined paroxetine on the basis of conventional psychological intervention can effectively regulate the levels of estrogen and progesterone, neurotransmitters and neurotrophic factors in postpartum depression patients, improve cognitive function and sleep quality, improve social function and infant care ability, and promote depression relief .
