[目的]分析探讨对门诊颌面外伤清创手术患儿家属进行心理疏导在防范医疗纠纷中的作用。[方法]以2016年9月至2019年10月为时间段，选择我院收治的60例门诊颌面外伤清创手术患儿家长作为对象。根据随机数表法将60例家属分成对照组、研究组，每组30例。对照组进行简单的安慰鼓励，研究组给予心理疏导。对比观察两组家属的满意度及焦虑情绪，并且统计医疗纠纷发生情况。[结果]（1）研究组家属满意度93.3%，高于对照组80%，二组数据比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；（2）护理前，比较两组家属的焦虑情绪，无统计学差异（P>0.05），而护理后研究组焦虑评分低于对照组，有统计学差异（P<0.05）；（3）统计医疗纠纷，研究组0例，对照组2例，发生率比较，研究组低于对照组，有统计学差异（P<0.05）。[结论]患儿门诊颌面外伤清创手术期间，加强对家属的心理疏导，可防范医疗纠纷。

| Abstract |
[Objective] to analyze and discuss the role of psychological counseling on the family members of patients with maxillofacial trauma debridement in the prevention of medical disputes. [Methods] from September 2016 to October 2019, parents of 60 outpatients with maxillofacial trauma were selected as the objects. According to the method of random number table, 60 family members were divided into control group and research group, 30 in each group. The control group received simple comfort and encouragement, while the study group received psychological counseling. The satisfaction and anxiety of the family members of the two groups were compared, and the occurrence of medical disputes was counted. [results] (1) the satisfaction degree of family members in the study group was 93.3%, higher than 80% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); (2) before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05), but after nursing, the anxiety score in the study group was lower than that in the control group, there was statistically significant difference (P < 0.05); (3) statistics of medical disputes, 0 in the study group Compared with the control group, the incidence of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). [Conclusion] during the debridement of maxillofacial trauma in outpatient department, it is necessary to strengthen the psychological guidance to the family members so as to prevent medical disputes.
