| 摘要 |
分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者应用健康教育模式干预后效果。方法 将我院95例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者依据患者入院先后顺序进行分组,对照组47例患者应用常规对症治疗,观察组48例患者增加健康教育进行干预,对比两组患者干预后肺功能、焦虑抑郁情绪、认知行为及社会功能变化。结果 干预后,观察组肺功能中度、重度发生率及SAS、SDS、SF-36、COPD问卷评分高于对照组,极重度发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 健康教育能够有效改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的认知程度,消除焦虑抑郁不良心理应激反应,促进肺功能恢复,提升患者社会功能。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of health education model intervention in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 95 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital were grouped according to the order of admission. 47 patients in the control group were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment, and 48 patients in the observation group were added with health education for intervention. Changes in anxiety and depression, cognitive behavior and social function. Results After the intervention, the moderate and severe incidences of lung function and the SAS, SDS, SF-36, and COPD questionnaire scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the extremely severe incidences were lower than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Health education can effectively improve the cognitive level of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, eliminate anxiety and depression and psychological stress response, promote pulmonary function recovery, and improve social function of patients.
