| Abstract |
Objective: To study the clinical value of psychosomatic comorbidity and functional dyspepsia (FD). Methods: from May 2016 to may 2019, 100 FD patients were selected and divided into two groups according to depression and mental illness, i.e. group A (no, 50 cases) and group B (yes, 50 cases). The clinical data of the two groups were analyzed retrospectively. Results: HAMD and HAMA scores of the two groups were significantly different (P < 0.05). Single factor analysis: there were significant differences between the two groups in terms of other functional gastrointestinal diseases, quality of life scores, negative life events, genetic history, marital status, BMI, course of disease, gender and age (P < 0.05). Multi factor analysis showed that the risk factors of FD and mental disorders comorbidity included other functional gastrointestinal diseases, quality of life score, negative life events, marital status, age and so on. Conclusion: FD has a high incidence of comorbidity with mental disorders, and its independent risk factors include other functional gastrointestinal diseases, quality of life scores, negative life events, marital status, age, etc.
