Objective: To explore the clinical effect of behavior therapy combined with antipsychotic drugs in schizophrenia. Methods: 180 schizophrenics admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with antipsychotic drugs, while the observation group was treated with behavior therapy combined with behavior therapy on this basis, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results: Before treatment, there was no difference in MMSE scores between the two groups (P>.05). After treatment, MMSE score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05); compared with the control group, the scores of PANSS in the observation group were lower, the differences between the groups were significant (P < 0.05); the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05) ）However, there was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: the combination of antipsychotics and behavior therapy in the treatment of schizophrenia can reduce symptoms, improve the treatment effect and improve the quality of life after prognosis, which is worth popularizing.
