聚焦解决模式对腰椎结核术后患者睡眠质量及焦虑抑郁情绪的影响分析

| 摘要 |
分析腰椎结核术后患者应用聚焦解决模式干预后负性情绪及睡眠质量变化。方法 将我院89例腰椎结核术后患者依据患者入院顺序分为两组，对照组患者44例，给予术后健康宣教进行干预，观察组45例增加聚焦解决模式干预，对比两组患者治疗前后疾病不确定感评分、自我效能、焦虑抑郁情绪、睡眠质量及术后腰椎功能改善情况。结果 干预后，观察组HAMA、MUIS、PSQI、HAMD均评分低于对照组，GSES评分及优良率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 聚焦解决模式能够有效消除腰椎结核术后患者对疾病的不确定感及焦虑抑郁情绪，提升睡眠质量及患者自我效能，改善腰椎功能。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the changes of negative emotions and sleep quality in patients with lumbar tuberculosis after intervention with the focus solution mode. Methods Eighty-nine patients with lumbar spinal tuberculosis in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the order of hospitalization. 44 patients in the control group were given postoperative health education and intervention, and 45 patients in the observation group were added with focus solution mode intervention. Disease uncertainty score, self-efficacy, anxiety and depression, sleep quality and improvement of lumbar spine function after operation. Results After the intervention, the scores of HAMA, MUIS, PSQI, and HAMD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the GSES score and excellent rate were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Focused solution mode can effectively eliminate the uncertainty and anxiety and depression of patients with lumbar tuberculosis after surgery, improve sleep quality and patient self-efficacy, and improve lumbar spine function.
