| 摘要 |
目的：研究分析延续护理对乳腺癌改良根治术患者术后心理状况和肢体功能的影响。方法：于2019年04月--2019年09月本院纳入的200例乳腺癌改良根治术患者为例。根据电脑随机分组法，施行对照研究，两个组各100例。其中常规组施行常规基础护理，而研究组则在常规基础护理之上加强延续护理。观察两组干预前后心理状况、生活质量，对比两组肢体功能、依从性。结果：研究组干预后SDS以及SAS评分低于常规组，且生活质量、依从性高于常规组（p<0.05）；研究组肩关节内收、外展、前屈、后伸以及手指爬墙高度均优于常规组（p<0.05）。结论：延续性护理能够显著改善乳腺癌改良根治术患者术后负性情绪，加快其肢体功能恢复，提高其生活质量及依从性。值得临床引起重视。

| Abstract |
Objective: To study and analyze the influence of continuous nursing on the psychological status and limb function of patients after modified radical mastectomy. Methods: from April 2019 to September 2019, 200 cases of modified radical mastectomy were included in our hospital. According to the method of computer random grouping, a control study was carried out, with 100 cases in each group. Among them, routine basic nursing was carried out in the routine group, while continuous nursing was strengthened in the study group. The psychological status and quality of life of the two groups before and after intervention were observed, and the limb function and compliance of the two groups were compared. Results: after intervention, the SDS and SAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the quality of life and compliance were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05); the adduction, abduction, flexion, extension and climbing height of fingers in the study group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: continuous nursing can significantly improve the negative emotions of patients after modified radical mastectomy, speed up the recovery of limb function, and improve their quality of life and compliance. It is worthy of clinical attention.
